What movie do you think would be great for a sequel? Conversely, what is a sequel you reeeeally wish was never made?

For me, the sequel i think would be great would be a Django Unchained Part Two. really. heres why- Django Unchained is basically just an origin story. it shows how django went from a poor frightened slave to an outrageous badass with a slick skill set and concrete sense of justice. this character is only fully formed in the finale of Django Unchained and i would love to see that characters story really take off.

sequel i wish was never made? ugh, either Taken 2 or Speed 2. i have nothing against mindless action movies, but these movies both were good action movies that circled around very specific, atypical events happening by chance. the idea that these circumstances would recreate themselves for these characters is ridiculous and it shows in the finished product.
