"While We're Young" not in Canada, how can I watch it?

I'm a bit of a suck for movies like this and would be disappointed if I missed out on watching it but no theaters are playing it, and from what I've been able to look up it's not playing in the U.S much either. Any ideas of what I can do or where to stream it would be helpful, Thanks!

Also this movie hasn't seem to come up at all on r/movies radar which is odd.
