Struggling to remember the name this movie

Then my actual question. I saw a movie a few years ago that, as far as I can remember, was kinda funny.

It starts off with cracked glass and the publisher's name. Then a guy talking on the phone. His father had a wildlife show and he took it over. F-ed it up. They wanted to find Bigfoot or something. Shot him with a machine gun when they eventually found him in a cave. They travelled in an RV. A turkey swallowed one guy's penis and when the nurse massaged the neck to get it to relax, he got an erection. They also stole a bottle of narcotics from a dentist or something and spaced out.

That's all I remember. Does anyone here know what movie that is? Please help?
