Questions: A tree of life : What is the bach music played during the priest sermon on Job

In the movie "The tree of life" from T. Mallick you can hear a prelude or a fugue from J.S. Bach. Over the song, you hear a sermon from a priest about the book of Job. During these moments, you also see a child playing in the church. Just before that, your hear the famous toccata and fugue, which is played on organ by B. Pitt in the movie. But, this is not the one I am looking after.

I tried to find it on my recording of Glenn Gould - Well Tempered Clavier- and it doesn't seem to be on this recording. Could anyone can give me name of this prelude/fugue?
