Movies that feature "Nuclear Content" to show during a high school lesson on Nuclear Chemistry

I was looking for a movie (fiction or documentary) that features nuclear reactors, nuclear radiation, nuclear reactions, or some other representation of nuclear chemistry.

Best case scenario would be a good fiction movie that I can pause/teach throughout the movie.

A compelling documentary would also work.
