Best unpopular movies everyone should see

I don't just want a list of all the popular movies people are always suggesting, I mean movies that everyone would enjoy, no matter what type of movies they like. It doesn't matter the theme, cast, ratings, or awards (although all that doesn't hurt). Just as long as its a good movie that everyone should see but that nobody has seen.
