  1. Heath Ledger as Joker

  2. Ryan Gosling

  3. Maybe? I think he has more range that we would guess (Heath Ledger wasn't established as more than a heartthrob when he was cast either.) It would just hinge on whether he could pull off menacing, which I haven't seen from him in a previous role. (*edit: typo)
