Movies that combine humans fears of existentialism and technology? via /r/movies

I recently watched the Korean Anthology film Doomsday Book and was captivated by the second chapter “The Heavenly Creature”. This short was so poetic, beautiful and powerful, it got me wondering/hoping theres a full movie that captures the same themes?

A movie that came close was I Robot but it failed with hollywood cliches, it could have been great if it had more existential themes.

Any good recommendation on movies about fears of existentialism and technology? Or one or the other?

I have already seen everything Cronenberg does(Hes a huge fan of these themes).
