Well the Oscars spoiled a part Gone Girl for me

Is anyone else really infuriated that they did this, do they expect everyone to see the films that were nominated. I won't tell what they spoiled in case someone hasn't seen it either. Also, Neil Patrick Harris saying 'spoilers' after it doesn't really redeem this.
