I'm so sick of hearing people say birdman's win was a result of its "movie industry" premise. The movie was a masterpiece, a show of creative genius. Anyone who watched the film closely knows there is a hell of a lot more to it than a comment on actors. It's a movie about death, ego, consciousness, and life in one of the most remarkably vivid series of scenes I've ever seen. Fuck ya'll idiots
