What are some great non-disc commentaries?

I love listening to commentaries for movies, whether they be noted names discussing the movie or uber-behind-the-scenes, and commentaries that you can sync with the movie as you watch it (like Kevin Smith and Marc Bernardin doing Batman Forever) are really cool to me. Anyone know some cool ones like that? (Not Rifftrax, haha.)
