Was "The Theory of Everything" as good as people say?
I am not sure that this movie was anything great. I've been watching the Beat Picture Marathon and so far i dont think
The Theory of Everything
The Imitation Game
should have made the list. I have 1 more movie to go (The Grand Budapest Hotel) but so far i am not impressed with those two movies.
Boyhood - i couldn't believe took 12 years and it was good, well documented and just well made.
Birdman - Was fun. I normally dont say that for a movie but it was really entertaining. The acting was on top.
Selma - Was surprisingly good, i haven't seen much advertising or promotional anything i was shocked how good it was.
The Imitation Game - was ok, i liked it but felt there was others that deserves a Best Picture slot.
Whiplash - This is an odd ball. i really enjoyed this movie, i loved the story and acting but its like finding that person at a party when it's time to go its like meh they'll do.
American Sniper - Its hard not to place this movie at the top of my list coming from a military background. But there is something i can't explain about this movie that i feel had more heart put into it.
I could and am probably am wrong about these reviews, but i feel like it should be Bradley Cooper or Michael Keaton for Best Actor and American Sniper for. est picture.
i also would have replaced The Imitation Game for Nightcrawler The Theory of Everything for Foxcatcher
