I've been looking for this movie for the last 10 years. Nobody has been able to find it for me.

There was a film that my sister and I watched roughly ten years ago. It was one of my favorite films that I'd seen but for some reason I had quickly forgotten the name. Here is all the information I can give /remember about it. If somebody were to figure this out, I'd be forever grateful.

It was a movie that used to be played on IFC here and there. I'm pretty sure it was rated R, one of the reasons being for sexual content. It was about this younger Italian boy, probably 13 years old, who had a crush on this older beautiful woman, probably in her mid to late 20's. There was a scene where he was spying on her through the bushes and there is a nudity scene where she stands in front of a window and you can see her breasts. I believe in this scene it was the young boy along with a friend of his. They were watching through binoculars in some bushes.

There was a part of the movie where the woman went out of town, and she asked the boy to watch after her house or something like that while she was gone. She hid her house key underneath a potted plant in front of her house.

The last thing I remember was there was a part of the film where there was some type of promise or favor that was really important to the characters in the movie. It was called "The Italian Promise" or something like that, I can't exactly remember. What it was, was that every person gets one of these "promises" or "favors" in their entire life but they can only use it once. The boy ends up using it to ask somebody a secret that he wanted to know.

That's all I can remember. I will seriously lose my shit if somebody can remember this movie for me. Thank you.
